Just received word from Jack Adrian that Michael Relph, who had a long
association with Ealing Films, has died at the age of 89. He was the art
director of two of Ealing's three supernatural films, 1944's HALFWAY HOUSE
(see the 'Haunted Cinema' article in ALL HALLOWS 36) and the 1945 classic
DEAD OF NIGHT (see 'Haunted Cinema' in AH 10).
