Post subject: Mity cheese.

While having a cheese sandwich lunch in "Lestrygonians", Bloom remarks
"Mity cheese."

Who can tell me why? I know this has been mis-set as "mighty" but
correctly it should be "mity" yet I don't know.

I always thought there was a reference to "mites". Since gorgonzola is a
blue veined cheese.

Cheese mite (Zo["o]l.), a minute mite (Tryoglyhus siro) in cheese and other
