The first novel is Dust which continues Alaspa's tradition of bending the
rules of the murder mystery/suspense genre. Dust tells the tale of a small
town in Illinois that discovers a long-buried secret. The bones of dozens
of murdered and buried children are discovered beneath the earth just
outside of town. The townsfolk realize that one of their own has been
committing acts of unspeakable violence for years. This secret tears the
town apart and leads to the book's explosive climax.



The second novel is Rig which is Alaspa's first foray into the genre that
inspired him to start writing; horror. Set on the most advanced oilrig ever
built, Rig is a tale of unrelenting terror, suspense and action. When the
rig is brought on line and the drill punches through into something other
than oil and terror long-buried is unleashed. A small team is sent to the
rig to find out what went wrong and what they find there is sure to keep
readers up late into the night.
