I don't know the answer to either of those questions, but I'd be keen to
know myself.
A novel in which Kerouac is referred to by name? Is there one, other than
"Satori"? (Which is--I think--the only Jack I haven't read.) I thought he
was Duluoz in all the others.
Perhaps my memory is failing me.
