Hi,

I thought I should introduce myself. I am French, a scholar (I am a senior
lecturer) and I was a character in a short story by Peter Lovesey
("Murdering Max", published in the EQMM) and, under a different name, in How
the Strong Survive by Newton Love. Talking about that novel, it is very
good, but having been published by a small publisher, did not get the
acclaim it deserved. So, please, read it and tell me what you think. Read
the reviews here:

s_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1195996939&sr=8-1

I also organize a detective fiction festival in Neuilly-Plaisance, near
Paris. I should be organizing two more, one in Melun where I live (between
Paris and Fontainebleau) and one in Paris.

Best,
