Anne in PEOPLE MAGAZINE

I read that Anne is writing a new book and that it is a something she
has never written about before. I am ready for something different. I
have read all her books and love most of them but the last ones were
hard to read. I haven't read Blood Canticle. To be really honest
everything that I have heard has not been good and I am waiting for
the library to get it in so I didn't have to buy it. I loved The
Witching Hour series and most of the vampire series. She mentioned the
NBC miniseries that is in the making. I am afraid that NBC won't be
able to pull it off. The Witching Hour is a very sensual book and it
involves some sexual content that I think NBC will find hard to
air.(like all the incest!) Lasher is supposed to be a wondersful lover
to men and women and I really find that essential to the book. I'd
rather see Showtime take this on rather than the cleaned up NBC
version.
