Hello all,

I just noticed on crydee.com that there's a revised edition out of Prince of
the Blood. Apparently, it's been out since 2004. I checked Feistfans FAQ and
it's not mentioned in there. Can anyone (Ray ?) shed some light on what the
revisions entail ???
Is this like: Magician APE or have there been only minor editorial changes
???

Thanks in advance

It's somewhere between "minor" and Magician. Mostly I rewrote the
ending, introduced a bit more drama and tension. It's covered in the
intro if you want to pause a moment next time you're in a bookstore and
see what it says.

Best, R.E.F.

Hi Ray, just wondering, is it really worth me buying the APE if I've
already read the original one?

Thanks,
Tal

Can't say, really. I know I was never happy with the original ending
and wanted to tweak it. If you enjoyed it and don't feel the need to
read it again, that's fine. If you want to see what's different, give
it a try.

Best, R.E.F.

Thanks for the quick reply,

sorry it's take me this long to thank you. I hardly ever buy books in the
shops these days, so I've just gone ahead and ordered the revised edition.
I'm sure I'll like it, it's been ages since I read it, so I'm not even sure
I'll notice the changes.
BTW, I'm assuming Locky won't survive in the revised edition either???
(just kidding) His death is one of the things I do still clearly remember,
particularly because I was not very happy about it.

Am keepng my fingers crossed that the mail will deliver it today.
Thanks again

Wouter
