FA: Rarest Diana Gabaldon! Lord John Grey!

I have listed a nice copy of the rarest and hardest-to-find Diana
Gabaldon title. "Past Poisons" contains the Lord John Grey short story,
"Hellfire". As far as I know, this great anthology has never been
published in the U.S.
