The flu*p* pipes to the rim and spillmountains still seem a poor
solution to erosion. Mass transfer beyond a K Km would still be to
floodplains, leaving ridges and other highlands (Brigadoon) eroded.

CHILDREN uses maglev vehicles powered by the shadow squares and
superconducting elements in the Rimworld floor. Let me propose 2
scoops. They would be like the buckets on draglines.
First one about a Ktonne capacity that would patrol a single river
basin. Scan river and lakes for depth above scrinth; scoop from
thickest deposits. Let much of the water drain. Float to ridgeline etc,
scan for -lack- of depth above scrinth. About 10 meters up dump a ridge
of flup. Caution - do NOT camp on bare areas!!
Second one a MegaTonne unit for ocean basins, with a M Km dump range.

This would avoid holes in the floor, pipes freezing, etc. Software
might require a map showing probable areas of erosion and deposition,
updated each flight. Scanner for depth-to-scrinth; average vs erosion
and deposits.

OK - what are all the details I've missed?
