It's satisfying, I think, when a spammer turns out to be despicable,
unimaginative, immature, and incapable of posting coherent or properly
configured replies--in other words, just the kind of person you'd imagine
and wish for him to be.

It's almost like there's finally a coherent order to the universe. Keep it
up, Mark--you're restoring my lack of faith in humanity.

You just claimed that posting on a NewsGroup devoted
to books, is indicative of not having a life.

So why are you continuing to post?

Heh-heh, you do perform well on cue. Sit up and spew a tired insult,
won't you? There; that's a good little fellow.

Say, are all of your descriptions this perceptive?

"NY, Collier, Undated But Looks to be Late 1800's or Early 1900's.
Small quartos, brown cloth with gilt design and lettering on covers.
Fine condition. Only light edgewear at corners and spine extremities.
Each volume has frontis under tissue. All are profusely illustrated
with elegant wood engravings. Volume I: Notre-Dame, This History of A
Crime: the testimony of an eye-witness.

Asking only $250 plus postage.

I recently purchased a collection of first edition hardcovers
including turn of the century hardcovers and other paperbacks. Want
lists are welcomed and enouraged.

Serious inquiries, please.

Mark Gordon
GordLack Books"

Dumbshit, it's a $20 reprint. Dumpster-diving really isn't paying off
for you, is it?

Yep, you gotta love a dullard you can set your watch by. Keep going,
Mark--I'm still waiting for you to tell me to "get a life" and "get a real
job" and so forth.

But what will you do when you run through your stock insults that are so
tired and silly that they've stopped being insulting, if they ever were?

He's also implanted himself so firmly in our minds, it's now
equal to an Amish "shunning" when we think of where to buy.

Mike...you're the type of kid at school who watched a fight and then
swooped in moments later to throw in a kick unsuspectingly. No one is
asking for your opinion...yet like the educated man you are...you have
to swoop in to keep the thread going.
Fine by me...you're the stupid one for continuing the conversation.
Idiot!

Indeed. It's always seen as a very smart move on UseNet to
never quote the post you're responding to.

As it immediately indicates to any casual readers of the NewsGroup
that you're even more stupid and more self-absorbed, than the inane
content of your posts might otherwise indicate.

If such were possible.

Anyway keep up the good work.

That's 23 and counting, by my reckoning

Truth hurts doesn't it child.
Witty...not really. Clever...maybe in some cases.
Fish? Actually that would be great for my heart...thanks!
BTW...we all know you still reside at home with mummy.
Live with that!

Why thank you, though rather young at heart, I'm in my forties.

 >Witty...not really. Clever...maybe in some cases.

No, you are neither witty, nor are you clever. "Clever" is not
generally defined as the act of pulling rubbish out of a dumpster and
attempting to peddle it to people that have likely forgotten more
about bookselling than you will ever know.

 >Fish? Actually that would be great for my heart...thanks!

Certainly, as long as you keep performing, we'll toss you your reward.

 >BTW...we all know you still reside at home with mummy.

 >HAHAHAHAHA

What's this "we" business? Are you granting a voice to your crab-lice,
or do you think that you're the Queen? You certainly aren't literate
enough to presume to use the editorial "we".

Shall I find some more of your for sale ads so everyone can laugh at
what an ignorant fuckwit you are?

Are you as much of a failure peddling funny books as you are at trying
to sell real books?

What a complete and utter tosser you are.

If you'd like Johnny boy I'd be most happy to post more funny books. It
appears us fuckwits are well respected in this prestigious group. I may
lack wit and cleverness...but I have certainly rattled your cage.
My word...and your blood pressure John. Why not have mummy make you a
nice cup of tea and rub your tummy with BenGay.
Please....rubbish? Tosser?
What a pathetic excuse for an intelligent man. Why...you're a clod!

hahahaha
