SKM Minister of War disappears after OBS

The passage referred to is

They'd wanted the military ministry, and Duke Allen had been forced to
buy
them off by naming Sir Edward Janacek First Lord of the Admiralty, the
civilian head of Honor's own service under the Minister of War. ==

I note that in UK usage 'War' as in War Office, Secretary for War was
the Army Ministry with no supreme Minister of Defense until 1940 and no
real Ministry of Defense until much later.

So the SVW and following structure is more like the historical UK.
