Post subject: 5 more to go! SPOILERS - Mad God, and a question for Mr. Feist!
Archived from groups: alt>books>raymond-feist (more info?)

What with the recent sad departures of Jordan and Gemmell, I would say to
people who are unhappy with the idea of an end to the riftwar cycle to be
happy with every book that comes out as nothing is ever guaranteed!

To Mr. Feist, I have been enjoying these books for many years, and look
forward to many more, so look after yourself sir!

With regards to Nakor, I very much enjoyed the apparent resolution to his
arc, though felt characters reactions could have been stronger to his
passing, especially Pug. Though I would ask you how you intend to cope
without his presence in the remaining five novels, as he was such a large
presence, perhaps we will see Magnus come into his own more.

I do think Pug has now become my favorite central character in epic fantasy
novels. Perhaps this is own to the number of books written, in which he has
become one of the most developed characters around.
