Yes, in Satori in Paris (1965) Kerouac wrote: "As in an earlier
autobiographical book I'll use my real name here." The earlier book he
mentions is Lonesome Traveller (1960).
In fact, Kerouac also used his real name some of the time in a later book,
Vanity of Duluoz (1967), and throughout Book of Dreams (published 1960).
