hehe. I remember the comical swelling of The Eye/Sauron in
the movie as Barad-dûr crumbled from underneath him.

Reminded me of a Tom and Jerry cartoon for some reason!

Mind you, in your scenario, Sauron would have been much better
off adopting the form of a pair of legs...
