well according to a post at the baen bar it seems BSRA (OAR2) has been
completed and turned in.
no date that anyone can find for when it'll be published but i would
expect around october

I suspect that it will come out after March 2008. I could not see it listed
in the Locus Upcoming Books (thru March 2008) for TOR.
