Folks,

A neighbor of mine sent me a request that has me stumped. She's looking
for a copy of Mary Higgins Clark's "The Lost Angel" but can only find it
as an audiobook.

I've checked all the usual suspects (Amazon, half.com, eBay, Bookfinder,
Alibris, AbeBooks), and even called Powell's: nothing shows up except
as audiobook. But Clark is a very popular author: how can this be so?

Does anyone have any info on the printing history of this title or leads
on where I can find a copy?

Thanks,

Scot Kamins

Well, there's a title by Clark called "Selections from the
Lost Angel" published in 1990 (audiocassette appears to have
been published in 1991) so that might be what you're looking
for. Putting "Lost Angel" into the keyword search instead
of the title (used.addall.com) also brings up "The Anastasia
Syndrome and Other Stories," which book apparently includes
a short story called "The Lost Angel." That looks like an
even better hit.

Yes. I incorrectly gave the date as 1990 in my other post.

Allison,

Thanks much for the quick response. I appreciate it.
