My first post so I'd like to say HI TO ALL!

Besides the obvious physical differences are there any internal differences between these two. Does the 'W' also have a built-in stepper?

Are you new to usenet posting also? You had this cross-posted to
nine other non-jukebox groups. Normally I would think this was
spam, but your question is relevant and to-the-point, at least for
the jukebox group, so I have trimmed the list this response is
going to...

The major difference, in my opinion, is that the G is "high-fidelity"
and the W is not. The full part numbers give the clue, HF100G vs.
100W. This means separate speakers for bass and treble frequencies
with sound distributed by a crossover circuit. I believe the W just
has one speaker.

I think just about all the 100-play seeburgs of the 50's had steppers.
