"Signature Editions" all reprints?

Well, I was just catching up on the last couple years' books and among a
dozen I ordered from Barnes and Noble was "Worlds in Collision" Nov 03 pub.

On the title page i see it was two books, Prime Directive, and Memory
Prime, which I have, and read. Took a visit to PSIPHI.com to see it
documented there as well, but the write up "from the publisher" on BN
web site makes no mention of this.
No big deal, I can return it on my next visit to the brick and mordor
BN. Just scratching my head over the re-packaging.....
