Now I don't know if you follow the sporting exploits of the Little
Englanders to the south of you, but could you tell me if Owen gets any
of the transfer fee that Newcastle (Magpies?) are paying to Real
Madrid?

Newcastle means nothing to me, except for some proverb about the
shipment of coal and an ale that I'm rather fond of.

Not sure.. his agent gets AT LEAST 10% if the 16 mil, tho Owen is contract
with Newcastle is worth £80,000 per week....(his prev wage at RM) as my
granny would say... money for jam...

Thanks. I'm a baseball fan, actually. Grew up on hockey, too. And
football, a Canadian variation of the American variety.

Played golf today. Started playing last week, at the ripe old age of
46. Shot an embarassingly high score.

Brits out!
