Eustace and Jill go through a door to Aslan's country. After Aslan
blows Eustace to Narnia, he tells Jill that she is to rescue Prince
Rillian, who disappeared many years ago. Eustace and Jill soon learn
that Rillian has been missing for 10 years. Why did Aslan wait 10 years
to summon Eustace and Jill to search for Rillian?

Because it took Caspian 10 years to arrive at Death's doorstep.

(Any particular reason you're bombing mn.humor with this? I wish I'd
noticed before my other reply to one of your posts.)

Remember the time (rate) difference - 10 years in Narnia is about the
time it took Jill to open the door. Obviously Aslan's time server is
slightly off.
