*grin* see my earlier post... sadly the movie worked well with the
constraints it had placed on it. The least being the rush to get it to post
production before the option ran out.
But do you think like me that Aaliyah walked like pure sex on legs? I loved
her sensuous stroll through the movie.

When I went too see QOTD at the movies I walked out feeling as if they the
film producers had made up there own story and used names from annes books .
If they do make a film of a Anne rice book I would think twice about paying
to see it . well I would go and see it who am I kidding but I would read
some reviews first .
ps Aaliyah is so hot and thats a mans point of view

Shit, is THAT why it didn't go straight to video and was released to the
cinemas? And I thought it went out to the cinemas because it was SUCH A WELL
MADE MOVIE!
Still, it gave all of us who were extras in it a chance to goth up once
more, turn up to the Crown Casino cinema and watch it with all our friends,
cringing at it all, but giggling when bits were remembered like the Green
fluffy thing and hours spent with our arms in the air...
It doesn't matter that Aaliyah is dead. She moved like a sinuous, sensuous
being in QoTD, which is what we were commenting on.

It means The Queen of the Damned, the third book in the VC (vampire
chroncles) I'm not sure who actually started using these acronym's but
I know they show up in Katherine's Ramsland's books on both the
Mayfair series and the VC.
IV or IWTV- Interview with the Vampire
VL or TVL - The Vampire Lestat
QD or TQOTD - The Queen of the Damned
BTor TOTBT - Tale of the Body Thief
MD - Memnoch the Devil or, sometimes, just Memnoch
TVA - The Vampire Armand
B&G - Blood and Gold
BF - Blackwood Farm
BC - Blood Canticle
VC - The Vampire Chroncles
Merrick, already being a one-word title, doesn't need an acronym.
