Is there a book following Tear that explains the conclusion of the whole
Crawler storyline? I have read all the books, or so I thought, but maybe I
am missing one that had this story.

No. Originally there were going to be five books, with four being
Krondor: the Crawler and five being Krondor: the Dark Mage.

Because of contractual issues around the Krondor franchise related to
the games with Sierra Online, it's problematic if we'll ever see this
resolved and another Krondor title. If we do get it together, I'll
probably combine the two narratives into one, larger book.

Best, R.E.F.

Sounds as though you have them written, but some pencil pusher is throwing
sand into the motor oil. I suggest selective beatings, preferably starting
with the guy who makes me have to import your books from amazon u.k, as they
come out 6 months ahead of the U.S.

Leaving aside your violence fantasies, it's not "some pencil pusher,"
but the results of some complex acquisitions and mergers since I did
business with Sierra. If you trace their corporate evolution, you'll
see I've had to deal with a lot of different people, including
Paramount/Viacom and CBS, which makes it very hard, as the project is
dead and the file regarding it is probably sitting in a banker's box in
a warehouse and no one has a clue what I'm talking about half the time.

As for the publication schedule, each publisher decides what's best for
their own market. The UK wants me out in the fall, the US in the
spring.

Best, R.E.F.

Sorry. Trying to be funny, but it seems not to have worked. It must be very
frustrating for you that red tape is preventing the publication of something
that took a great deal of your time.
