Post subject: Tech question: fabrics?
Archived from groups: alt>startrek>books (more info?)

Have any futuristic new fabrics ever been identified by name in the STAR TREK
universe? I can think of various building materials and such (duranium,
transparent aluminum), but what are tents and blankets and such made out of?

Any help would be appreciated.
