Torchwood - episode 2. Storyline lifted from Draco tavern?

Anyone else seen the first couple of episodes of Torchwood?
Episode 2 is a lift of the Alien-STI story form the Draco Tavern? Yes
or No?

The "making of" bit afterwards claims that the script writers came up
with it without influence, but I'm not so sure.

a lot of gaps in the site, presumably waiting for things to appear in
the transmitted programmes yet. No programme spoilers, yet, so you'll
have to wait until it shows to see what I'm on about.
