You can see first looks at
http://www.comicscontinuum.com/stories/0404/29/marvelfirsts.htm.

Three things that made me say "huh?":

1) That's Bishop?
2) Emma playing baseball?!?
3) Rachel Grey?

I am curious to see how Rachel will interact with Emma, Alex, and Scott.

She's trying very hard to fit into her new approach to the role of

I was hoping that Marvel would put Rachel on Cykes and the White
Queens team. Talk about tension!<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

The other team wouldnt' have a telepath. I'm guessing Sage's telepathy will
be downplayed for Rachel to take over.

I'd like to see an X-Men team without a telepath around for a change. They
always seem to have one, and it always makes things too convenient. The
Avengers have survived for years without the need of a telepath; the X-Men
should give it a try.

I'm sorry, but this is just about the worst art I've ever seen from
Alan Davis. Proportions look wrong on several figures and on the field
itself, and Rachel looks like she's flying through the air after being
hit by a truck as she delivers her pitch.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

That's actually the best explanation I've heard as to why she's doing
that. Since she wanted to keep the school going so badly, I guess it's
possible she's making sacrifices to show that she means it. Of course,
I have a hard time seeing anyone inviting her.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Sage's telepathy has always been downplayed - it's just an attempt to
explain away an error in X-MAN. Given the attitude everyone else has
shown to it, I strongly suspect Sage will miraculously lose her
telepathy on the first occasion that comes along.

Yes, but the Avengers have instead had Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet
Deus Ex Machina.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Calling herself Summers is, and always was, unfair to Scott in the present,
as it enforces a relationship which has nothing to do with him. He was never
her dad, a future alternate version of him was.

Calling herself Grey, at least whilst Jean is dead, confirms her link to
her parents, but not to living members of it.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Not sure if you are agreeing or correcting, but on page 3 it says "...Rachel
Grey, the newly-minted Marvel Girl."

Oh and now that I'm looking at that page again, let me say that it's good to
see Lockheed. Smile

And before her, Sersi, Dr. Druid, Moonstone. Let's not even get into their
resident Gods. Heck, without Thor, they lost to the Masters of Evil.
