And 6 months passed immediately before Revolution, and another six
months or so during that High Evolutionary story alone. Plus something
like two years which allegedly passed between Cable and Soldier X.

Trying to add up all of these references results in nasty headaches.
They're best taken flexibly, and with an awful lot of artistic licence.

And these days it might take months for minutes of comic book action the way
some stories are stretched out. Smile

I didn't think so, but don't worry. I've actually responded to your
posts at times and later thought I sounded a bit rude.

I didn't recognize him either except for the tatoo. Davis version doesn't
really look like him, except that he's a huge ripped guy.

 >2) Emma playing baseball?!?

That does seem distinctly out of character.

<<More sense involves shacking up with Wolverine?>>

Wolverine doesn't have the history of infidelity and leaving his wives.
granted he left Maddy for Jean but if he cheated on one then he'll probably
cheat on the other.

I don't think so.
If she would suddenly do it out of fun, then yes.
But she didn't exactly seem to enjoy it very much.
Especially that losing bit.
That and the fact that she was the only one who wears a baseball dress
makes this perfectly in-character to me.

Well, one could question Mariko versus all of the other women to
walk through his life... But that wasn't actually a marriage, as
Mariko decided to clean up her family's act first. Which is pretty
hard to do when your brother rivals Scott Summers in sheer putz-ness.
If Mariko had gone through with the marriage, then hopefully Logan
wouldn't have left her even if Jean decided she wanted to jump between
his sheets.

As for Scott though, he wouldn't leave Jean like he left Maddy.
He'd leave any other woman for Jean though, most likely regardless of
any circumstances or situations. Including Emma, whenever Jean makes
her comeback. Which makes Emma the idiot of that grouping. Though
likely Emma knows Scott will eventually leave her (when Jean eventually
returns), but unfortunately she did manage to fall in love with Scott
and is kind of stuck.

As for Jean, Scott is a putz. Being with pretty much anyone else
could be considered "more sense". The main advantages she has with
Scott are that he will leave any other woman for her and that he is
bland vanilla if that is what she really wants... :p<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
