Which X-Villains are enemies of other X-Villains? I'm not talking
about "they fight and hate each other because evil villains are evil
and they fight". I'm thinking more the sense of either 1) They have a
history and/or 2) They have irreconcible philosophical differences.
I see:
1) Sinister & Apocalypse
2) Omega Red & Sabretooth (is he a villain or a hero this month?)
3) Sentinels & mutant X-Villains
4) Doesn't Mags have a high distate for Sinister?
5) Stryfe (please tell me he's still dead) & Apocalypse
6) etc.
Any others? >> Stay informed about: Villains that hate other Villains |

There's also Pierce (the cyborg guy) and the rest of the Reavers vs.
pretty much any mutant.

Well he's certainly got one for Red Skull.

Sentinels are different now. The first few versions of the Sentinels
hated all mutants, so at least they were consistent. Current Sentinels
have "philosophical differences" in the same way the Avengers and the
Masters of Evil do.

Does he? Neither is above altering the genes of others as suits them.

On one side we have those who consider mansions a place, and the other
those who consider mansions a thing to destroy. The two sides are often

I'm not sure he knows it was Sinister, but Magneto described seeing
someone exactly like Sinister back when he was in the concentration camp
(Claremont's Genosha Excalibur series). And when Magneto was hanging
out with the X-Men and the New Mutants, they were trying to help out the
Morlocks while Sinister had ordered the Marauders to destroy the Morlocks.
But again I don't know that Magneto ever found out that Sinister was in
charge of the Marauders. I'm trying to remember when Magneto altered
someone's genes (other than possibly his own). >> Stay informed about: Villains that hate other Villains |

I think the Sentinels were just trying to stay in line with standard
behavior at Xavier's. >> Stay informed about: Villains that hate other Villains |

Magneto and Sinister is quite likely.
Magneto probably also hates Apocalypse. The be perfectly honest I'd
say he likes the X-men more than any other mutant villain that isn't a
follower of his.
With Dr. Doom's heritage I imagine he hates the Red Skull.
I don't think Norman Osborn is to fond of the Hobgoblin.
Venom and Carnage probably.

We know Apocalypse doesn't hate the X-Men. He just wants to make them
stronger. Sinister seems indifferent. He just wants to use them for
experimentation. Magneto? Depends on his mood. Mostly, they're just
in his way. If the X-Men left him alone he wouldn't bother them. But
that's true of many criminals.

Not as much as Magneto.

They're both losers anyway. Actually, Hobgoblin (original) was pretty
cool. Green Goblin was already gone before I started reading comics.

There was a brief glimpse in one of Claremont's final issues on his
first run, where we saw that Magneto and the Shadow King had some kind
of horrible conflict in the past, but Claremont never got around to
explaining it. Curiously, he implied that the SK had some relation to
the Hellfire Club...
Nimrod and pretty much any mutants, altho I gather the character has
changed somewhat...
Mystique had a period where she was psycho for a while, and killed
Moira. They bring her back yet?

He implied that as far back as Excalibur v1. The Shadow King was
supposed to be behind the HC, something Rachel knew. There was no
follow-up to it.

Sad, that would have been interesting. Maybe now that he's back to
writing two books, he'll do something with it...

The thread isn't about mutants, but about villains. Which Moira isn't
either, I know. Frankly, I forget *what* I was thinking about when I
brought her up! #^_^#

I'd have to pass. When did the idea of the Lord Imperial first come up?
If it was recent, you could suppose that the Shadow King held that
position, possibly while possessing the body of someone wildly rich.
I'm actually writing a fan-fic in my spare time that covers this theme.
The Shadow King has become the Lord Imperial by possessing the 16th
richest person in the world - Roman Abramovich, worth a mere $18.7
billion. The story picks up shortly after heroes and villains failed to
return from Battleworld during the first Secret Wars.

It's okay. Conversations sometimes go off on tangents. I only
mentioned that she wasn't a mutant because the revolving door of death
doesn't apply to mere humans. >> Stay informed about: Villains that hate other Villains |
