Give us back the lives you have destroyed for no legal reason.

Their ethics are a short summary of police ordinances: for them the
most important thing is to be a useful member of the state, and to air
their opinions in the club of an evening; they have never felt the
homesickness for something unknown and far away, nor the depths which
consists in being nothing at all. ___________Soren Kierkegaard

An admission from the president that it was a war for oil; then I'll
be happy.

And what about the lives Saddam took.

What about them? You want to extrapolate and invade the entire planet,
then? Saddam had no monopoly on ruling his people with policies you may not
agree with. But they are Iraqi woes....not our children's. They were for
Iraqi's to deal with, not the Army of the US and US taxpayers.

Internal politics of another sovereign state is not your business. Iraqi's
for Iraqi's. Do not put the ills of the world on the US citizen.

Something tells me you wouldn't give a "Rats Ass" over some Iraq's
dying. Funny how you conservatives suddenly turned into bleeding heart
liberals when your Primary reason for going to war proved to be a lie.

US troops died during the Gulf War when they kicked out Hussein.
To have allowed Hussein to defy the cease-fire agreements and
resolutions would be akin to spitting on their graves.

Huh?

You do know where we get our oil from, right? It's not Iraq, which
would currently have great trouble shipping appreciable quantities of
oil right now, given the current state of its infrastructure.

These oil conspiracy nuts must not realize that the US only receives
about %15 or less of its oil supply from the middle east.

Right. If it was about oil, we would have invaded Canada. We get
much more oil from them, it's much closer, and the women are
friendlier.
