The royal 'we' would have at least had the grammatical know-how to end
a sentence with a full stop. However, there is acute irony in your
referring to anyone else's work as boring.

Sure, Willy.
But by all means, please do post a link to anything you have written
which you believe to be any good. Let's see whether or not my belief
that you are a poor hack who churns out derivative, badly written
nonsense is valid. >> Stay informed about: New from Willows-Tree Press |

I have many reviews that show that readers and critics like my work,
and I sell my work consistently to professional markets.
You don't like what I do, that's fine, I can live with that. I don't
need a usenet kook to validate my existence
And what's with this Willy complex that you have? My name, as you well
know, is Willie. And if you find that funny, that just proves that
your mental age is exactly what I've always expected it to be.

Erm, I'm not a usenet kook, Willy, I am a person who (like you) has a
full and busy life elsewhere. However, the question here is one of
writing talent, and you raised it, but you appear to be reluctant to
post a link to anything you have written which might enable me (or
others) to examine your own capabilities. Doing so might not be
necessary to validate your existence, but it would certainly go some
way to validating your competence as both a writer and critic.

The complex is obviously yours, Willy. The abbreviation Willy / Willie
can be spelt two ways, everybody knows that. If you find your name
that embarrassing you could always opt to change it by deed poll. I
understand that the forename Michael is available, which would give
your fuller name a certain tongue-twisting cachet.
As for being childish, well, I suppose that Margaret Thatcher must
have been childish too when as Prime Minister she said "Everyone
should have a Willy" (referring to her ministerial aide, William
Whitelaw).

PS.
"My name, as you well know, is Willie. And if you find that funny,
that just proves that your mental age is exactly what I've always
expected it to be."
A curious Freudian slip this one. Either you do approach matters with
advance prejudice, or else your grasp of the English Language (how
those words must irritate the Scots!) is less than commanding. I
presume you meant to say "..what I've always suspected it to be." >> Stay informed about: New from Willows-Tree Press |

Willy:
Whenever someone proves you wrong or shows you up for a fool, you
either swear unpleasantly and storm off in a huff, or else feign
sudden boredom. It's as predictable as the limitations of your
intellect.

I haven't stormed off in a huff since I was three... that's more your
style.
I don't need to feign boredom as far as you're concerned.... it's real
enough.
And, no, my name isn't Willy, it's Willie. Shall I have my mother
confirm it to you?
