Post subject: Wired article about Asimov and robots
Archived from groups: alt>books>isaac-asimov (more info?)

The cover story of the July 2004 issue of Wired, titled "Rise of the
Machines", describes how Asimov "turned androids into pop culture icons
- and invented the science of robotics in the process". The article is
not bad, and actually gets most of its facts right. There is also an
interview with Will Smith concerning the upcoming film _I, Robot_, and a
guide to some of the advanced robots in existence around the world.
