Can anyone provide information on a book entitled "Die sogenannten Werke des
Teufels aur dem Erdboden" published anonymously in Freiburg, 1751? Thanks in
advance.

Jules Freedman User,

If you Google the correct title, "Die sogenannten Werke des Teufels
auf dem Erdboden," Google will help you locate a copy in the Hoffmann
library in the Evangelical-Lutheran Pfarrarchiv.

You'll also find several copies listed in book form and in mocrofiche
in the KVK Meta Catalogue on the Via LIbri website:

Thank you for the response. I guess what I'm really after is information
regarding the subject material of the book and if someone could provide an
estimated value for the book.

it contains magickal curses to be placed on one's enemies and is rumoured to
have been penned by Lucifer himself......it has no real value because no one
wants to own a copy, seeing as how all former owners have died mysteriously
shortly after taking possession of the accursed tome
