Wolverine's.

healing factor is constantly fighting heavy metal poisoning and anemia
because of the over-all bonding). When she was very young, the bone claws
were surgically removed, plated with adamantium, and then reattached.

Wouldn't the anemia be indicative of the metal bonded to bone, as otherwise
