So did it ever get explained just how in the name of Wolverine's back hair the
bad guys managed to sneak ONTO Xaiver's front lawn and nail up a bunch of
Expendable Mutants?

Doesn't Xaiver have security? Hell, Beak on roof-watching duty would have been
more effective then whatever got worked around that day.
