With all the choices of places to live, what about the belt?

If we are talking one of the bubble worlds, yes, but I have a fear of
falling and the idea of free fall is just too much.

Being a belter would be wild. Living in a space ship would be amazing...and
terrifying Just imagine the learning curve! One mistake and you're a frozen
relic in a decaying orbit.

Still, would absolutely HAVE to try it.

I wouldn't mind so much. There is the equivalent of the Internet,
although I suppose it's the ExterNet out there- ad there is terrible lag
based on the distances involved. But while you live in you suit & crash
couch you still have _some_ human interaction.

I'll bet they have a Big ol Bacchanalia/ Burning Man gtg a couple of
times per Solar Cycle.

I wish the license to drive a car were as stringent as the Belters go
through.

Post-M/K War, they do have FTL communications. Unless it's very
expensive (or the Belt wants to avoid the centralizing effects of "instant"
commo [1]) I would imagine it's used in the Belt.

1: As seen by the way Alberta has become a simple clone of Ontario.
