I work at a big box bookstore (rhymes with tarnes and stoble) and Man
Without A Country was only avlaiable for home delivery only. At this point
we can't order copies for our store. Must mean the book has sold through its
first printing.

How much of that has to do with KVs appearance on the Daily Show?

Stewart let him talk; he does that when he likes the guest. And the
audience notices... My local library has the book and I reserved it, but it
will probably be out in paperback (which I can afford) by the time my copy
comes up.

Stewart et al's America (the Book) has sold over 2.5 million, so yes his
audience are readers--when they want to be. (btw, funniest book I've read
in a long, long time. Every page made me laugh out loud.)
