Does Crown of Slaves count- and if so, the answer is very soon (next month I
think)

It's in the HH universe, but not really part of the main storyline.

Hey, it's close enough for me! But then again I enjoy it when
somebody fills out more details of an established universe, makes the
whole series feel more immersive.

I can't find it to repost, but Eric Flint made a post on baens bar a month
or so ago where he said that CoS2 and the 1st Saganami Island book
(following some of honors students) would precede the next mainline HH book
which IIRC was tentatively being expected sometime in 2005<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Next book |

Real life (well, and a little bit of virtual life too, courtesy of my
new addiction Star Wars Galaxies) has been making it hard for me to
get on USENET as much as usual. Hopefully this will change soon. I
will say I appreciate how quickly I can catch up on the posts here
compared to some other newsgroups; I'm about to just unsubscribe from
some of the high-volume ones because I can't keep up with 'em.

Is that a roundabout way of saying "Gee, it's awfully quiet in here"?

I have reaqd the snippets from Crown OF Slaves at the Baen Bar.
Intresting reading to be sure, but without HH feels kinda strange. Although
I like reading about Victor Cachat and capt. Zilwicki again.

Say rather the signal to noise ratio around here has the highest
signal of any place I read, so less filtering needed. On the opposite
spectrum, I just marked all of rec.games.frp.dnd read rather than sort
through THAT mess...
