So almost a decade passed. We understand that the book my mom wrote was not only true, but crazy. I'm only talking about my family, and "that incident". If you really want to know what happened in http://www.ledding-ebooks.com/free.php Living in the Grip of Fear, and why I made it "FREE", you need to start from the very very beggining. (You have to manually type in the link above. This site will be open forever, and the book always free.)
Now as I am telling you this story, understand the book I speak of was "her perspective". I know much more that should be told. Some of it is bits and pieces. Mostly repressed memories, but I will push till I cry if I have to.
Living in the Grip of Fear 2: What I Remember
It started off so sudden. We only talked over the phone, and he was nice. He always made me laugh, and was very interesting. My mom really took a liking to him.
Russel? Awe, who am I kidding. He was almost like a hero to me. That is, in the beggining.
My mom told me that he was in prison. I really didn't know what that meant. I was very young of course. Everyone thought I was smart, but I really didn't understand that there was a history behind all criminals.
Now don't get me wrong. I know some really great people with a past like this, everyone has their bad times. I was even rebelious. BUT, I didn't know that FEAR WAS NEAR.
How could someone so awsome, do something so terrible?
Anyway. I remember we used to video tape our house, our lives, and trade memories with him. Russel said "I got dizzy when you had the camera". At a young age, I wasn't a video producer. I would laugh because it was true.
I used to be happy before, well, let's give you the chance to find out on your own. If you can really stomache heart-break to an extreme. I really mean, very sad stuff.
After initial introductions, he just popped into our lives. I mean, was actually living with us. I got used to him quick.
We started playing nintendo, watching movies, going fishing, having the time of our lives. He even taught me how to really use the computer. I remember playing all sorts of games he set up. Yeah, he got mad just like everyone else does, not everyone has the patience of a saint. For the most part, he was extrememly active, fun, and a person you wanted to be around.
I can't really think of a time he was bad to me or my siblings.
So a pretty swell guy huh???
Well, you are wrong!!!!!
Nothing in this world could explain the pain I felt that night. I hope none of you have to endure what I went throught. In any way, shape or form.
(I am only going to free-hand all of this story, since I don't really want people to know who I am. This may take a few PART(s). So stay with me, and I will eventually finish what I just started.)
