Am i the only person who thinks this series is a waste of time and space?
Its poorly written and the concept is a joke.

I wouldn't be surprised that when the series is over that is near-godlike
powers will be disolved. For some odd reason i like Cable being the most
powerful psionic on earth, for some reason it seems like it was his destiny
even when he was a baby.

It's actually being solicited as an ongoing, not a mini.

It's an ongoing series, not a mini.

Tragically, it seems like Nicieza is deliberately trying to steer away from his
usual, tight plotting here (as well as on HAWKEYE before that) and go for
"decompressed" storytelling instead-- just when that approach is beginning to be
hopelessly out of style.

I've enjoyed the book so far, but I think the arc could have used a little more
"compression."

The next arc is plotted tightly enough to squeeze blood out of your eyes. Wink

Ah, hush up in the peanut gallery. It is being drawn by regular artist Patrick
Zircher, and it is looking mighty sweet.

Never fear, Sears is illustrating the new SABRETOOTH miniseries
instead.

The dialogue in the first few issues of X-TREME X-MEN did that to me.
Then a couple of story arcs in it started making the characters' eyes
bleed, too, which was really worrying.
