Post subject: What was his name?

| Does any body remember in IWTV there was a vampire Lestat made before Claudia
and Louis "killed him". Did they ever say what the name of that vampire was? I
don't think Lestat mentions it in TVL. Is it ever mentioned? Sorry, I was
thinking about the books today, and that thought popped up in my head.

He was made after Claudia, when he knew that they would leave him. They
never did give his name.

Thanks for the info. I wasn't sure if they gave his name or not. Thank you for

It's Nicolas I think, he played violin, he was the friend of Lestat in
his mortal life, and Armand killed him because he is become crazy...

Nicolas is mentioned in TVL, Lestat say his name more than one time...

Actually, the vampire Lestat made before they killed him in the fire was his
musician friend of a few streets down, who remained unnamed. And he was
killed in the same fire, so a short existence as a vampire.
