So it is in Norway too. I've got all the books written by R.F, the two first
ones bought in Norwegian, the rest bought, by me or my bookseller, from
Amazon UK.
One of the reasons is it takes too long time from the books are published in
English till they are translated. Most people I know do it that way.
In the long run not good for translations I guess, but so it is.

Maybe in the future I'll do that too, but first I'll have to finish the
volumes already released in german (I still have to read the last two
parts of the kelewan saga). In general the german translation is always
~1 book behind the the english edition. The cover art usually is
terrible & states that the artist nor the editor who picked the graphics
did not read the book at all
