For any definition of active that doesn't insist on a
posts-per-day level, yes.

Sorry for not responding to your "Naked Sun" query, but haven't
reread that one in years and years and years, and even my copy of
it [along with "Caves of Steel"] was never returned following
what appears to have been a misguided loan-out. Without a copy
readily to hand to review the pertinent passages, I wasn't going
rely on aging memory alone.
