string theory is obviously the mathematical basis for portals and
perhaps all things Deryni. arent they always talking about managing
threads of thought when mind linking? maybe the genes that enable
deryni powers are simply 4th dimensional (DNA is nothing but a thread
of coded molecules after all)
and the archeology comes in handy for finding lost portals in ruins as
well as castles that have portals hidden somehwere becaue of
remodelling. >> Stay informed about: Where is everyone? |

It's March. I want a national holiday in March. March is the busiest
month (barring June) in the school calendar.

String theory can use up to 26 (at the last count) dimensions.

I thought it was still 11 (not including time of course, but I'm not sure if
this includes the one added by the Brane theory). >> Stay informed about: Where is everyone? |

If you haven't heard of TAG Teach yet, you might want to look into it:
http://tagteach.com/
and specifically: http://tagteach.com/news/?p=29 -- the story of
Kristina, a severely developmentally disabled 12-year old for whom
TAGTeach has opened up a whole new world....
As for me? I've been caring for a very sick dog, who's getting much
better but is on massive doses of prednisone and has to go out to pee
every 1.5 - 2 hours (including in the night) -- how to parents with
newborns deal with this?!?

That does appear that this is the case. I just took a job coordinating
community outreach and managing a behavioral program at a school for youth
with mental illness and severe behavioral challenges. I've only been there
three weeks and have already had to do a number of IEPs, will be doing
quarterly reports this week, and it appears that the students may have been
saving a lot of emotional and behavioral problems just for my arrival. It's
still very enjoyable work, however.

Thanks, Ann. I haven't heard of TAG Teach but will look into it. I'm still
trying to figure out what resources we need to get this program established,
so your suggestion is particularly timely.
It's good to hear from you again. I don't know if you'll recall, but you
and I were in touch about eight years ago when I was helping to organize the
first Carnage at the Crossroads gaming convention in Lebanon, NH. I never
did get a chance to meet you face-to-face, but your advice and participation
in that event was appreciated.
