I am re-reading Slaughterhouse Five. I don't have the page in front of
me, but when we are introduced to Colonel Wild Bob from Wyoming he
says that he has lost his entire regiment, but at the end of the
paragraph there is no "So it goes." Does anyone know why it is omitted
that one time when speaking on death?

I don't have it in front of me, but I think he was saying he didn't know
where they were, not that they'd died. Can someone check that?
