We worked on many drafts, back and forth, until both sides agreed on
what the exact script would be and Imus was comfortable with according
to his people. Then he went off script, was reprimanded after the
first day, said he would do better, got worse the second day and went
off script again, was reprimanded a second time and then on the third
day, again went off script. This after we had agreed on an exact
wording of an approved script for which I paid thousands of dollars
for. Imus' people and Imus himself tells the world that he has great
influence in the book-world. That is why I paid thousands to have the
spots read on his show. I paid less for a lesser name a couple of
weeks prior and sold tens of thousands of dollars in product. After
Imus I got triple the website hits but almost zero sales; not zero
additional sales but my entire sales went almost to zero. Imus does/
did have great impact and he cost me millions.

It's all well and good to come here and blow off steam and bullshit
about your "millions" in lost sales (hah!) but when and IF your case
ever makes it to court, you are going to have to prove your alleged
loss. And no, your word is not good enough.
