Such big mouths, such little dicks.
So ill-fitting, but fitting nonetheless...

His "Regrets Of The Nam", published by http://www.poetry.com might be a
contender:
----
Searching over 5.1 million records... Please be Patient.
Name: Gary Gamble
Gamble, Gary
- Regrets of the Nam
Regrets of the Nam
Perhaps someday when honesty is closer, more evident,
Words will replace the thoughts and feelings, so prevalent.
For now, I am gone across a lonely, regretful brine,
To seek undaunted peacefulness for my troubled mind.
How despicable is a child man, to enhance wrath upon his quaker,
Knowing how frivolous he is upon his own chosen acre.
After so very long, my conscience is the stolid host,
Of afflictions imposed upon those I endeavored to care for most.
Let mankind be schooled, especially those deceived, heartless skeptics,
Love for your fellow man, why ever lost, is as a soul torn from life's
epic.
The bitterness and regrets of war, beyond patriotic domestic integrity,
Is a sad legacy imposed on children by evil and greedy hypocrisy.

Tuesday Afternoon Show stuff too, so I'm liking it, actually let's rip
McDonald's off the entire way and say "I'm lovin' it."

Yeah, I know the area around NY is dense.
The barrens were part of my somewhat shady past.
May peeps had a 20' travel trailer, and we stayed
in a campground outside Sea Isle City every summer.
Come to think of it I had my first orgasm in NJ.
I was raised across the Delaware, around
Chester-Media PA.

An outsider to the New Jersey scene, the icons, stereotypes and mythology
dominate, and that's what most people seem to focus on when they hear that
I'm on the radio there:
Springsteen, Patti Smith, Goodfellas/Sopranos/et al, Young pre-fame Sinatra
and Martin performing at little bars, particularly the evocatively named
"Rustic Cabin", Patterson NJ, home of poets Williams and Ginsberg, but also
the home of Rubin "Hurricane" Carter... and to these people of Shadowville,
they see it as quite a natural turn of events that "Will Dockery" is
elbowing into this pantheon and doing it "His Way"... heh.
