I might add that it is also usually completely off-key and sounds like the
dying throws of a cat being mauled by a bulldog.

Many times, as I written about... and as a post in another newsgroups
describes the area I'm in pretty accurately, and again, descibed many
times in my poetry:

"... he decided to move south. With little or no money, but a lot of
guile, he ended up in Columbus, Georgia. There he ran a prostitution
ring using streetwalkers to make enough money to buy a strip club.
[...] new strip club, the Shady Lady Lounge, suddenly provided a
"legitimate" outlet for the continuing operation of drug sales and
prostitution that brought in a large bankroll [...] Shady Lady Lounge,
located at 2240 Ft. Benning Rd. in Columbus, GA. The Ft. Benning Rd.
area of Columbus, Georgia, commonly known as "VD Row," is the home of
a series of establishments catering to the libidinal needs of
servicemen at the nearby Fort Benning army base. Whether or not the
Shady Lady strip club was of the sleaziest kind is open to
interpretation. It is well known, established fact, however, that in
1986 prostitution flourished out of the strip joints along Ft.
Benning's, VD Row..."

Then there's also the new book by David Rose, "Big Eddy Club":

http://www.accessatlanta.com/arts/content/printedition/2007/05/13/bked...513a.ht

Shadowville is a hard ball little town and I've never presented it as
otherwise... in that that's the "charm" of the place.

You couldn't even do THAT successfully.

Can this person please stop posting their "conversation" on this
forum. It clogs up my email with "new posts" when it's pretty clear
that this is one guy spending just under five hours talking to
himself. I've had the misfortune to be present in another forum he
gained access to years ago now with pretty much the same rant/cast of
characters etc. and it's all getting rather tiresome. If this is some
kind of new-media conceptual artwork then please, for god's sake, get
it over with and deliver the punchline.

Sure, many poets are better than I am... just as many poets living and dead
are much better than you... even on these newsgroups.

John Berryman, who you copped so many of your ideas, characters and concepts
from, for example, is better than you.

And you hate that fact, don't you?

And as Gasfly Gamble writes: "Hate is a bad thing."

that's a strong statement, dockery. what do you mean by that statement? could
you tell us how Dennis' work is like John Berryman's?

for example? And cutting and pasting a series of John Berryman’s poems here
isn’t how one supports such a statement.

see, dockery, you can make these ludicrous statements, but if you can't provide
clear examples of them, then you remain a blithering, blowhard, posing idiot.

i'm quite sure you'll remain a blithering, blowhard, posing idiot.

most sincerely,

GodBuilt

Probably... I'm organizing my videos.

I just registered 5 new .info domains,
which are dirt cheap for the first year.

UsenetPorn.info
PornPoetry.info
PoetryPorn.info
UsenetCopyrights.info

Drunkerty, what's the point you're going for with this one?
