From the comic strip "Frank & Ernest", I think.

I was thinking winter/summer. As opposed to Spring/Fall (one
vowel each). Mind you, Autumn would mess that plan up.
Solstice cards works, too. One of the solstices with two vowels
in the season specifier. :>

Mind you, Autumn has three vowels in it, so that still works...
(yes, I know any word with three vowels in it has two vowels in

Non-mangled posting email address, I hope? I got your email
from the 'From:' field of this newsgroup post; that's where the
list will be sent.
(Here, dog, that's my foot, not a pillow. What if I want to use

If you are really picky you note that 'autumn' has two vowels, one of
them used twice.

We had dinner at Outback last night. Hanging from the Ceiling was a
banner, advertising their "Aussie Autumn" special.
Me: "But it's not Autumn in Australia; It's Spring."

I wonder how many times a night those poor waiters/esses hear
that. They're gonna hate that particular advertising special
before very long...
Sounds like a nice evening out, though. ;>
