Hi guys.

Just finished reading this book. I enjoyed it. I have always bneen
facinated by evolution, so I knew going it to it, that it would
probably peak my interest.

Still, my unpolished interprative skills seemed to be a little lost
near the end. Could someone try to explain to me,what the feel the
last few paragraphs were really getting at. you'll learn etc...

Just curious of your opinions/interpratations.

i finished reading galapagos over the last american holiday, knows as
the 4th of juli. i was camping on vashon island reading about the
glapagos islands and the constant flooks of the human race.

galapagos had a lot of human behavior and 'evolution' under the
microscope.

"utterly meaningless wrath from outer space could trigger world war
three"

thank you vonnegut. as far as the "you'll learn", i read it as that
all humans, no matter how silly, learn the tools they need to survive,
or thrive, or however. swedish would be an easy thing to learn, think
of the blue footed boobie for x sake! now that was fun reading. glad
someone else shared it recently as well.
