It's been so long since I've read Simulacra or _We Can Build You_ (I used
to get them mixed up anyways!) but _Now Wait for Last Year_? Gee, I don't
know, it just seemed like such a hodge-podge. There were some great
individual scenes and striking characters but....

Totally agreed on your other choices. I was describing Mercerism the
other day to a friend who had only seen the movie and they just couldn't
grasp how it fit into the story Sad Androids really is a great novel
