Need help with quote

I spent an hour or so combing through Palm Sunday, but I can't find
the part where K. talks about his sister saying, "If there IS a God,
He sure must hate people!" Can anyone help me out locating that quote?
I think it's been in at least 2 different books, but I can't find
either one! Maybe it's not in "Palm Sunday"? Maybe "Fates Worse Than
Death"?

Well, I found it in "Timequake" (p. 56 I think it was) but I am
certain this is not the first time Vonnegut told us of his sister
having said this. I am guessing it must be in one of the
autobiographical non-fiction works above, but I've still not found it
there yet.

The exact quote (as in Timequake) is:
"If there is a God, He sure hates people. That's all I can say."
